What if my student forgot their password?

You can help students retrieve their login information.

For username and password accounts: you can reset the password in the "Classes" section by clicking "Manage student settings" under the student’s name. For teacher-created accounts, login details are available in "View login info."

For Google or Clever accounts: you can find the password in the "Classes" section by clicking "View login info." This information can also be printed for students to use at school or home.
