How your child gets back in depends on how they sign in.
Google or Clever accounts: use the Google or Clever button on the sign-in page. These accounts don't have a 99math password.
Active Premium Pass bought on our website: use our account recovery page: https://www.99math.com/parents/account-recovery
All other accounts: your child's teacher can reset the password. You can also email hello@99math.com with your child's username, and we'll set a new one.
