How can I manage my subscription?

How you cancel Premium Pass depends on where you bought it.

Purchased on our website:

1. Sign in to your child's account.
2. Open Settings & Profile Info.
3. Select Manage Subscription, then Cancel subscription.
4. Continue through the next screens until you see Yes, cancel subscription, then select it.

Your child keeps Premium Pass until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Purchased in the iPhone or iPad app? Open Settings on the device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select 99math and cancel there.

Purchased in the Android app? Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Select 99math and cancel there.

Can't sign in? Email hello@99math.com with the email address on your receipt, and we'll cancel the subscription for you.
