How can I report a bug or other technical issue?

To help us identify and resolve any issues as quickly as possible, please complete the following steps and share the requested information:

1. Visit https://99math.com/health-check in your browser.

If any indicators are red, please send us a screenshot of the page.

2. Share a screenshot or photo of the page where the issue occurs.

3. Console logs (if possible):

Go to the page where the issue occurs.
Right-click anywhere and select "Inspect" or "Inspect Element".
In the panel that opens, click the "Console" tab.
Refresh the page and try again to see if the issue occurs.
Take a screenshot of the Console tab.
