What if I can't log into my account?

If you can't access your student account, you can regain access through our account recovery page: https://99math.com/parents/account-recovery.

Depending on your payment method, you’ll be asked to provide either:

• Credit Card: Your child’s name, last 4 digits of the card on file, card expiry date, and last payment date.
• PayPal: Your child’s name, PayPal email, and last payment date.

If your subscription information is not showing up on the recovery page, please check that you used the details for the correct payment method. 

If you are sure that the details are correct, please reach out to hello@99math.com with the last 4 digits of the card on file/PayPal email, card expiry date and last payment date.
