A: To change your password, go to "Settings & Profile Info" at the bottom of the page. This option is available if you log in using an email or username. If you've forgotten your password, and you signed up using email, click "Forgot password?" on the login page to reset it.
Q: What should I do if a student forgets their password?
A: Teachers can help students retrieve their login information.
For username and password accounts: Teachers can reset the password in the "Classes" section by clicking "Manage student settings" under the student’s name. For teacher-created accounts, login details are available in "View login info."
For Google or Clever accounts: Teachers can find the password in the "Classes" section by clicking "View login info." This information can also be printed for students to use at school or home in the Home Practice section.

Q: How can I change the language?
A: You can change the language by going to Menu → Settings & Profile Info. Currently, our platform primarily supports English.
Q: How can students change their nickname?
A: Students can change their nickname by clicking on it in the lower-left corner of the main page in their account.
Q: How can I change my email address?
A: To change your email address, please contact customer support hello@99math.com. If you log in with Google or Clever, the email address cannot be changed.
Q: I accidentally signed up as a teacher/student. How can I change my role?
A: To change your role, you'll need to delete your current account and create a new one. You can delete your account by going to "Settings & Profile Info" and selecting the "Delete account" button at the bottom of the page.
Q: Is 99math free? Do you offer a subscription for teachers?
A: Yes, 99math offers a FREE version available to all teachers and students. We also recently launched a Premium solution with additional features. You can find more information here: https://99math.com/premium/.
Q: How do I cancel my student subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription by going to Menu → Settings & Profile Info and selecting "Manage subscription" at the bottom of the page.
Q: How do I cancel my student subscription, if I can’t log into my account?
A: If you can’t log in, please contact customer support at hello@99math.com. Provide details such as the email used for subscribing, account username or email address, the last 4 digits of the card used, or your PayPal email address.

Q: I’m unable to log in because my account is not verified. What should I do?
A: Student account verification is required to protect privacy under COPPA. There are two ways to verify your account:
During School Hours: Join a class using the class code provided by your teacher. Verification will occur once you've joined the class.
During Home Hours: Enter a parent’s email address. The parent will receive an email with a link to sign up and connect the accounts, completing the verification process.

A: We use AWS for our infrastructure, which means our IP addresses can vary. Instead of specific IP ranges, we recommend DNS-based whitelisting. Please whitelist the following domains to ensure 99math’s core functionality:
