Q: What is a class code?
A: A class code is a unique code generated for each class after it’s uploaded from Google or Clever, or added manually. It allows students to join the specific class.
Q: How do I add an additional student to a class that’s already uploaded from Google or Clever?
A: To add an additional student, you can either:
Re-sync the class in the "Classes" section to update the list.
Have the student sign up individually using Google, Clever, or with a username, then join the class using the class code. Students can click the "Join a class" button on their main page, located in the lower right corner or in the Menu.
Q: How do I delete a class?
A: To delete a class, go to the “Classes” section and click on “Edit or delete class” under the class name.
How many students can I add to my teacher account?
A: There’s no limit to the number of students or classes you can add to your teacher account.
Q: How can I find 99math in the Clever library?
A: You can locate and add 99math by searching for it in the Clever library.
Q: How can I share 99math assignments in Google Classroom?
A: To share assignments in Google Classroom, create an individual assignment and choose the option to share it in Google Classroom. Students will then be able to access the exact game directly from their Google Classroom.
Q: How long will assignments be visible to students in their accounts?
A: Assignments will be visible for up to 2 weeks unless the teacher sets a shorter deadline. Even after completing an assignment, students can still practice it. Teachers can view how many times a student has attempted the assignment and their best result in the reports.
Q: Why do I only see a sample report?
A: Reports are generated only for completed Live games or Individual assignments. If a Live game is ended before all rounds are completed, a report will not be created. For example, if you play 2 out of 3 rounds and leave the game, no report will be saved in the Reports section.
Q: Why are some students listed twice in the Individual Practice report?
A: Students may appear twice in the report if they join the assignment via a game link or code without logging in. When a student does not log in, their results are not updated in their account, leading to duplicate entries in the report. To avoid this, students should log in before completing assignments.
Q: How do I add a co-teacher?
A: To add a co-teacher, go to the “Classes” section in your 99math account and scroll to the bottom of the students list. Click the “Add co-teachers” button. Co-teachers must first create a 99math account to be added. You can add up to 4 co-teachers, and they will be able to see all game reports for the class.
