How can I create an assignment?

Assignments let students practice specific skills on their own, at school or at home.

1. Open Individual practice from the menu and select the Assign skill tab.
2. Choose your class at the top. If you don't have a class yet, see How can I create a class?.
3. Pick a skill from Math facts or Curriculum skills (choose a grade first) and select Add. You can add several skills.
4. In the Task list, set the number of problems or minutes for each skill.
5. Under Assign to, choose Whole class or Choose students.
6. If you like, set when the assignment Starts and a Due date.
7. Select Assign.

Students in the class who are signed in get the assignment automatically. The next page also gives you a link to copy and a Share to Google Classroom button.

Without a due date, the assignment stays available for 14 days.
